If you are an American Service Man or Woman and in a combat zone (air, land or sea), on long term deployments OCONUS in 3rd World environments or stationed in other appropriate Areas of Operations, you may complete this form to request a high quality, name brand cigar humidor be shipped to you - 100% free of charge!
